Issue with viewing task records of notifications in a pop-up within MS Teams

Hi Community,

We have enabled the property 'sn_va_teams.view_non_video_msft_task_module' to view the teams notification content in a pop-up instead of being redirected to the portal page in web browser. This worked fine in San diego version but doesn't seem to work after upgrading to Utah. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

  Example:- Below is a sample provider notification on Teams and I require the RITM to open in a  pop-up on clicking the button instead of redirecting to a new page.

Don't know this from the top of my mind, need to look into it. Though reading "this worked fine in San diego version but doesn't seem to work after upgrading to Utah", I immediately wonder... did you create a ServiceNow Support Case?
