FAQ Conversation Builder doesn't work

Dear all,

I want to test the feature of "FAQ Conversation Builder" topic block in Virtual Agent.

But it doesn't work:

What do I need to configure to make it work?

Do you have created KB as FAQ class with above topic or text. Then only it will work.
