Hi Team,  we have integration ServiceNow virtual agent to other third-party but live agent accept request then chat box is closed then agent is unable to connect with customer.

thank you for your response

Whenever customer  message to live agent then live agent will receive request once agent is accept request then chat window is closed then live agent is unable to connect with customer.
