1.how to change the virtual agent welcome message and show me everyone

2. based on user location we need to restrict the welcome message and topics .

kindly some one suggest me .

Hi ,

You need to duplicate OOB Greeting Topic and in the flow add a decision and write a script to determine the location of the employee and display the respective message. Now, update the General settings Greeting topic with the new flow.

To restrict the visibility of the topics, you can apply a condition while creating a topic.

but we are using the Quebec version , in general settings we could not find the  greeting topic.

You are correct, In Quebec you can avail new features like Promoted topics, define separate setup topics for separate portal by using definitions etc.,

The OOB greetings topic name is Greetings, after you made the changes. Go to "Custom Greetings and Setup" there you can change the greetings topic

Yes correct but i am not able to add the topics , because all are read only
