Hi there,
Can you provide a bit more details about what you mean / in which situations this occurs? Are you also using Service Portal Agent Chat configuration? Or perhaps a (custom) (legacy) Service Portal widget?
If this concerns out-of-the-box, there's no property or something for this and also should not always happen. Only in certain situations which are explainable and just how it works.

The Virtual agent chat box on ServiceNow pops up automatically soon after the page is loaded, how can we stop that, and only if the user clicks on virtual agent button it should pop up.
