How to tell when EFL ran

Expert Feedback Loops runs every 30 days. Question is, is there a way to see when it ran?

Open the job. It will tell you when it runs next and the moment that updated, was the last time it ran.

Any chance you know the name of the job?

According to the documentation about Expert Feedback Loop, the job name is "Active Learning".  There are instructions on this page for how to find and investigate that scheduled job.
