Not able to install Now Virtual Agent for Slack integration

We are trying to install Slack Integration with Now Virtual Agent App, but we are getting below error.
We have configured the SLack workspace with Admin credentials and ServiceNow user profile also has admin privileges.
The accounts at the both the systems have been configured with same email id. But still we are getting below error.

Now Virtual Agent
Now Virtual Agent could not be installed.
It looks like something has gone awry. Don’t worry it’s not your fault, but you won’t be able to install Now Virtual Agent at the moment.

Hi,

Please follow the doc to know more about "Conversational Integration with Slack" plugin.
Here is the link to the store app for "Conversational Integration with Slack" plugin.

Required Roles - For the user who is performing the installation:

Servicenow: (virtual_agent_admin and external_app_install_admin) or admin.
Slack: "admin" role assigned on the target workspace.

How to resolve the above error

Here is the Slack article link that will help to add required role for the user. Once the user is assigned one of the above role, he will be able to install/override the "NOW Virtual Agent" bot app using Slack.

I am getting the same error I am still working on it,

one thing you can try is the workspace profile and the ServiceNow profile should have the same email address. Try that if it works for you.

If you are on the San Diego release, please upgrade to Patch 3.
