Unable to add custom greetings setup topic to Default chat experience in Vancouver release?

I have created my custom greeting set up topic which is already publish but unable to set setup topic to Greetings.
I don't know why it is?

Please help me to resolve my issue?

Hi @Tejasr1,

Could you try clicking on the magnifying glass beside the Personalized Greeting topic? post that Set the custom greeting topic Greeting topic.

After clicking on the magnifying glass it only shows OOB set up topics.
Did I required to repair and reinstall the plugins?

@Tejasr1 Navigate to Virtual Agent Designer > Open the custom Greeting topic > Check in the properties Section, if the Type --> Setup Topic and published.
