Virtual Agent Profile Icon Not Updating

I created a Bot Profile in ServiceNow with an image, but it still displays the default Virtual Agent branding image instead of the uploaded picture

I think the image needs to be in the Live Profile (live_profile) table.

What do you see when you click on the info icon of the Bot Profile field?

The image needs be present as shown in the second picture.

I have uploaded the picture already but it is not reflecting it rendering the default branding of virtual agent

Hi @DhruvB 

So, in the bot profile which you given "ITSM Virtual Agent" in that (live_profile) record I believe you have updated the photo which you want to display. If yes, it will work. I tried in my PDI and it worked fine. See below:

I have done the same thing its not working
