Virtual agent text input returning NULL

I'm taking text input from user before creating an incident via virtual agent. But text input is returning null when I'm using it.
In my case I'm taking issue description from user and using that input in short description of incident creation but it is storing null there.

I'm not getting null in incident number.
I'm taking text input from user for short description field of incident, this text input is returning null.

It’s better to log a support case now. It seems that the short description value is not being saved, but it’s still appearing in VA. Try adding the short description again in the VA topics and test it. If the issue persists, log a case.
