Hi,
I am looking for guidance on integrating Active Directory with ServiceNow using the AD V2 Spoke. I need the detailed steps to configure the MID Server and set up the spoke.
Additionally, please advise on the information and prerequisites required from both the MID Server team and the Active Directory team to successfully establish this integration.
Thanks

Follow these steps. Connection steps is important here.
- Install the Spoke: Install the Microsoft Active Directory v2 Spoke from the ServiceNow Store.
- Configure MID Server: Ensure a Mid Server is installed and operational, allowing connectivity from ServiceNow to your AD Domain Controller.
- Setup Connections & Credentials:
- Navigate to Process Automation > Workflow Studio (or Flow Designer) > Connections.
- Find the Active Directory V2 connection alias and click Configure.
- Credential: Enter valid AD credentials with necessary permissions.
- MID Server: Select the MID server configured in step 2.
- Use in Flows: Build flows in Flow Designer using AD v2 actions such as Create user Or Add user to group

Thanks for your responses.
I’m looking for more detailed information on the MID Server requirements and the configuration needed to establish this integration.
Since I’m new to both the integration and the MID Server, I’d like to clarify the ownership of the setup—specifically, whether the MID Server installation and configuration are handled by the server team or managed from the ServiceNow instance.
Additionally, if the setup is performed by the server team, could you please share what details or inputs need to be provided to them from the ServiceNow team to support this activity?
