Hello,
I am trying to pull in the variable answers into a task. The process is that if the Parent table creates a Case, then that case gets a task created based on the answers selected in the case. The task has some of the same questions listed in the record producer that I would like to map via flow. Get catalog Variables does not work in this situation.
Process:
Trigger:
- Update parent record (On the main record, the case is automatically created)
Actions:
- Lookup Case record by category
- create Task **** This is where the variables from the RP are supposed to be mapped to
