I am not able to see the execution details of any action/flow/subflow. I have configured the reporting level to ON.
it is just opening the execution context record in the default form view.

even upon clicking the open the operations view action it again gets redirected to this view. I am saying redirected because upon clicking the action initially browser looks for https://dev191239.service-now.com/$flow-designer.do#/operations/context/ba61f07c64d242109e1d1e99d019... this link but later gets redirected to the above view. Please help!

Hi there,

Is this a fresh Washington DC PDI or an upgraded one? Did you also verify that you have the latest version of Workflow Studio installed?

This is a fresh Washington DC PDI. I have updated the workflow studio to the latest version, and encountered new problem. I am not able to create any new flow/action.
new flow creation page not loading.

and the older issue still persists.
Thank you for your assistance. Your help and efforts are greatly appreciated 😊.

I was having this issue today, Washington DC patch 3.

I just updated to the newest version of Workflow Studio (25.2.4) and it has fixed the issue.

Thanks Mark!

Hello @Mark Roethof  please I have a question regarding Patch 3 of the Washington release. I'm encountering a bug in the Flow Designer execution details when using the new "Go back to step" logic. The states remain as "not run" even though the actions was executed.
can this behavior caused by latest engine version ?
