I have created an SLA flow, as followed:
flow triggered by SLA task
1. percentage timer - 100%
2.condition of completion - stage = complete.
4.wait for breach.
5.fire event:
when testing in flow designer, both parameters have the wanted value.
param1 - an email
param2 - the task record's sys id
I have an email notification that is triggered by this event:
for testing purposes I added the admin as an email recipient.
the event is fired and logged as followed:
as you can see, the parameters are different.
system admin is receiving the email notification, so connection between flow - event - notification exists and is correct.
parm1 contains the wrong value, and parm2 has no value.
how can I fix this?
