Flow designer "run with roles"

Hi,

 

I just discovered the "Run with roles" in Flow designer and i wonder if this consume licence for the user who trigger the flow or it just simulate that the user has the role when flow execute ?

My guess would be the second answer but i want to be sure as my client does not want to give roles to the user who will trigger this flow.

Yes, Add the roles that you want the flow to execute with
