Populate fields based on other fields using DECISION BUILDER

Hello Folks,

     I've a catalog item, which has A, B, C and D fields. B and C values are depended on A field. Value D is depended on A, B and C. Where B and C have has more than 5 values.  But D has only one value which is based on A, B and c.
Can anyone help to populate D value in D Variable using Decision Builder.
