We are currently in the process of creating a scoped application with the aim of building secure requests. The goal is to ensure that an ITIL user cannot access the entered data.
In the ITSM module, we primarily use the Catalog Builder with 'Step based request fulfillment' to construct Catalog Items and flows. However, we've encountered a challenge: it appears to be impossible to continue using 'Step based request fulfillment' within our Scoped application.
We are actively seeking solutions, but in the meantime, I thought it would be prudent to reach out to you for assistance. If you could provide any guidance or insights on this topic, it would be greatly appreciated.
