Suggestions for Running RPA Bots on a Shared Windows Server with Multiple Sessions

Hi Everyone,

I’m reaching out to the community for suggestions on optimizing our RPA bot deployment. We have a scenario where three users each have login credentials for the same live Windows server. Our goal is to enable these users to connect simultaneously and run RPA bots using separate Windows sessions.

Currently, we're facing challenges in configuring the server to handle multiple sessions efficiently and ensure that each RPA bot operates in isolation without any session conflicts.

Has anyone come across a similar setup or have any recommendations for best practices, configurations, or tools that could help us achieve this seamlessly? We’re open to any ideas or guidance you can provide.

Hi @kiran1232 , Currently, only one unattended robot can be used on the server. However, with the Yokohama release, the HDR(High density robot) feature will be introduced, enabling us to use a separate robot for each session on the server.
