Workplace Services Kiosk
Organizations require a streamlined visitor experience to enhance workplace interactions and free up lobby ambassadors for more critical tasks. Without front desk staff, visitors often face friction upon entering the workplace, and lobby ambassadors are overwhelmed with competing responsibilities.
The Xanadu release for Workplace Service Delivery introduces Workplace Services Kiosk which addresses these challenges by providing a self-service kiosk experience for visitors. The solution enables seamless check-ins, check-outs, and registration, ensuring a smooth and efficient visitor experience and giving back time for lobby ambassadors to focus on higher priority tasks. Workplace admins also have the flexibility to configure check-in flows using passcodes, phone numbers, visitor names, or email addresses, making the process both efficient and customizable.
