Hi,
I have a situation where the base reservation was created in Outlook and synced with ServiceNow via Exchange Integration, not the WSD Add-in. Since we are originating in Outlook, users have to go into WSD and add services after. When the services are added in WSD (ex. Catering), the reservation flips states from confirmed to 'Awaiting Confirmation' and Sync state = Error. The system doesn't allow the sync to start it automatically puts it in this state. So, to move it back to Sync confirmed, we have to go into the calendar provider and deactivate/reactivate the record. Is there something we are missing to auto-sync?

Hi @Community Alums,
Appreciate the article however it goes over the Add-in functionality/set up and we are not using the add-in. Users are making the Exchange reservations directly through their calendar as Events.

Additionally - anything that has come over from Outlook as a 'multichild' with services added via WSD, moves to Awaiting confirmation, sync required but does not trigger the sync. For these records, deactivating and reactivating the calendar providers does not trigger the sync.
