Certain users not seeing bookable spaces

I've setup a new campus in WSD which has same settings as pre-existing campuses, only change is different floor plans and spaces. All looks to be setup correctly but I have a couple of users when they go to the booking portal it never shows the floorplan and if they try card or schedule view they see nothing. Every other user I have test can see maps and details in card and schedule view and I can't work out why this is the case.
There are no restrictions on who can view spaces so a bit stuck. Any suggestions on what I might have missed or what needs changed would be appreciated.

Just to update on this, it seems like the users don't see spaces but if I make a room available to book they see the floorplan and room but not any of the spaces. So they see rooms but not spaces. I can't work out where this is set, if it is a setting.
