Hi Tean,
I am facing one issue in the demo portal which is preconfigured with WSD. It has some demo buildings.
When I try to go to Workplace Central --> Space optimization --> Under Scenarios
1. Click on All Buildings and open any one of the Building.
2. Click on floor map tab, it gives me a small glimpse of map also shows No qualifying spaces available for a split second and start throwing the toString() error.
How can I debug this? are there any floor map filter criteria that this building is not satisfying?
I have verified that building has floors(is Reservable set), Spaces( is reservable set, Space type selected, does not have any allocation if that impacts))
Would greatly appreciate any help on this.
Thanks,
Mangesh

Hi @mangeshbodh
As per my experience with the indoor mapping, i had the similar issue. I have tried to reinstall the plugin and it helped me.
This happens if we miss the sequence of WSD plugins installation.
Hope it helps.

Thanks @Raj_Esh I have created a case and SNOW support tech team is looking into the issue. I will update here once i have any inputs from them. In the meanwhile do we have any documentation that outlines the step right from beginning of installing plugin/applications/ WSD configuration that we can follow?

Hi @mangeshbodh
It really depends on the module which you are trying to implement. There is something call "Workplace Service Delivery Suite" but then it will install more or less all WSD components.
I would say, install workplace Core and then you can decide on what else you would like to install
Workplace Core
Hope it helps.
