Floor Map Not Rendering in Scenario Planning

I am currently working on scenario planning, and I’ve noticed that the floor map is not rendering.

Could you please help me understand the reason behind this issue?

Hi Tanushree, there is no errors on it. Please check the screenshot below.

If you check the floor map tab in scenario planning, it is not rendering. However, the map is available and displaying correctly in the portal map view.
