Hi,
Sorry I seem to be dropping lots of questions into this community about similar issues!
I have created a new campus in WSD for a building with 2 floors (floor 1 and floor 2). CAD files have been uploaded into map studio and imported, view editor has been configured and everything sync'd up. I have made spaces on both floors available to reserve but when I go to the reservation page to load map it only ever loads the map for floor 1. If I search for reservable space on floor 2 it just loads a blank map with building outline but never loads the floorplan showing desks/offices/etc but it does tell me that it is showing me x results. Looking at card and schedule view it shows the spaces available just the map does nothing.
View editor looks like it's configured properly so not sure why this floor wouldn't show anything.
Any ideas of what I might have missed on this floor that i've managed to set on the other floor?

Hi Buddy,
This usually comes down to a missing floor-level configuration rather than a problem with the CAD import.
The most common issue is that Floor 2 isn’t fully enabled in the Reservation view. Even though the CAD is imported and spaces are reservable, each floor has to be explicitly configured in View Editor. If the view was saved while Floor 1 was selected, Floor 2 can end up with no visible layers, which results in a blank map with only the building outline.
Things to double-check on Floor 2:
The floor record is active and correctly linked to the building.
In Map Studio, the CAD layer for Floor 2 is visible and published.
In View Editor, switch to Floor 2 and confirm the desk/office layers are enabled for the Reservation view, then save.
Run a map sync after making changes.
The fact that card and schedule views show results confirms the spaces exist — the map just isn’t rendering them due to missing view/layer configuration on that floor.
