How to enable UI actions in SOW workspace

I am trying to add UI action on Service operation workspace -Incident table. Should I add it on ITSM workspace OR IT service operation workspace

please create the UI action in the scope in which the table is present?

Any challenge in that?

Yes created the UI action. Actually I am trying to de the replicate the incident form same as in the incident mangment for service opertion workspace.

1.There is alredy UI action present in global level. still I  have created new in scoped application with workspace chcek box true and few function replacement to support workspace client script. is it correct ?

2. There is  global client calling level script include present  for  UI action visibility  for incident table and which is using another global  client callable script include.

Should I duplicate these script include in my scoped application ? or how i can use?

 

 

 

Hi,

if your script include is in global scope and accessible from all scopes then you can invoke it.

If you are in scoped application then better create UI action in that scope.
