So we have been switching over to Indoor mapping and I have had a few problems I originally thought were just because some of our CAD files were hastily updated, however now I had one I have to ask for it to be fixed, only to find it already had been. When I open a drawing with AutoDesk viewer, the drawing looks perfect. When I use the exact same drawing for a floor in ServiceNow for Indoor Mapping, it shows something different. It is the same map, but almost like the version ServiceNow sees is a previous version of the drawing when they were half finished with the most recent changes. I deleted it and pulled it back in, same problem. I had someone with AutoDesk make a change to the drawing and save it, and it still looks different between a standard viewer and in ServiceNow.
Anyone seen this before or familiar with what could cause ServiceNow to not show the same thing as a standard CAD viewer?

I sent this in to be looked at and they have created a problem to address this. In case anyone has a similar problem it is PRB1831190 I haven't tried the workaround yet but the suggestion was to use the legacy method for uploading the file. We will have to trim them down a bit to use the legacy tool, so I'm holding off until I find all the drawings that need to be sent back to be reduced.

Here is a better representation of how the drawings differ. When I open the drawing in the Autodesk viewer it looks normal and everything is in the right place. When I open it in ServiceNow the same exact file it shows stuff in a different place along with more items showing that should not be. If I turn off the new tool that became available with Washington DC it does complain about excessive information, so maybe the fixes they put in that version just don't mask some problems as well as originally thought?
