Indoor Mapping Properties - Global Admin cannot access it

Hello all,

 

When a user that has the Global Admin role (sn_wsd_core.admin) is trying to access "Indoor Mapping Properties" application menu, get this message:

 

Requested resource not found

The needed roles are OOB (sn_map_core.map_admin, admin), so the Global Admin role has the "sn_map_core.map_admin".

Also checked the table ACLs and are all OOB.

Tried adding a custom WRITE ACL for "sn_map_core.map_admin", and still getting the same outcome.

I appreciate your help with this issue.

Thank you for your reply.

We don't have HR module installed and I don't understand what HR module has to do with WSD one, since they are two separated applications.

The thing that might be helpful would be to look for a similar system property as "sn_hr_core.impersonateCheck".

Although, this is the only module that we're getting this message, when impersonating.

I'll search if I find a similar property for WSD.

We opened a case with ServiceNow, and they confirmed that this is an issue that will be solved in the next release.

It's possible that the issue is related to the application scope or permissions. The "Indoor Mapping Properties" application menu may be scoped to a particular application, which the global admin role may not have access to.

To troubleshoot this issue, you can try the following steps:
