Hello all,
When a user that has the Global Admin role (sn_wsd_core.admin) is trying to access "Indoor Mapping Properties" application menu, get this message:
Requested resource not found
The needed roles are OOB (sn_map_core.map_admin, admin), so the Global Admin role has the "sn_map_core.map_admin".
Also checked the table ACLs and are all OOB.
Tried adding a custom WRITE ACL for "sn_map_core.map_admin", and still getting the same outcome.
I appreciate your help with this issue.
Thank you all!

Hey Kyu,
Do you have HR installed / configured on your instance?

Hello Ethan,
Thank you for your reply.
We don't have HR module installed and I don't understand what HR module has to do with WSD one, since they are two separated applications.
The thing that might be helpful would be to look for a similar system property as "sn_hr_core.impersonateCheck".
Although, this is the only module that we're getting this message, when impersonating.
I'll search if I find a similar property for WSD.
Thank you again.
Kyu Min

Hi Kyu Min
It's possible that the issue is related to the application scope or permissions. The "Indoor Mapping Properties" application menu may be scoped to a particular application, which the global admin role may not have access to.
To troubleshoot this issue, you can try the following steps:
Check the scope of the "Indoor Mapping Properties" application menu. You can do this by navigating to the menu item in the application navigator and looking at the "Scope" field in the form view. Make sure that the global admin role has access to this scope.
Check the permissions for the "Indoor Mapping Properties" application menu. You can do this by going to "System Security" -> "Application Menus" and finding the "Indoor Mapping Properties" menu item. Make sure that the global admin role has the necessary permissions to access this menu item.
Check the logs for any error messages related to the access issue. You can do this by going to "System Logs" -> "All" and filtering by the time range and log level. Look for any error messages related to the "Indoor Mapping Properties" menu item or the global admin role.
Check if there are any customizations or plugins that may be affecting the access to the "Indoor Mapping Properties" menu item. You can try disabling any customizations or plugins related to indoor mapping to see if that resolves the issue.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, you may need to reach out to ServiceNow support for further assistance.
Thanks,
Rahul Kumar
