Hi,
I have 2 questions about the Neighborhoods process. Could you please help and clarify?
Scenario: I've created 10 Neighborhoods and assigned places based on field criteria for "sn_wsd_core_space" table.
Questions:
1) What happens when a new space is added or removed? Will the new space be automatically associated with a particular Neighborhood if the space attends the criteria? or do we need to run a new task manually to add the new/updated spaces?
2) In case we need to update manually, Is there a process that we can schedule to keep the Neighborhood updated? or do we need to press a button to run it and have it refreshed?

Hello @fabio_milani
Answer to - What happens when a new space is added or removed?
If you've assigned places (spaces) to Neighborhoods based on field criteria, then new spaces that meet the criteria should be automatically associated with the respective Neighborhood.
Similarly, if a space no longer meets the criteria, it should be automatically removed from the Neighborhood.
This works dynamically as long as you are using criteria-based associations rather than manually assigning spaces.
Answer to 2) If manual updates are needed, how can we automate this process?
If you need to manually update Neighborhood assignments, there is no OOTB (Out-of-the-Box) automatic scheduler for this process.
However, you can create a Scheduled Job to refresh the Neighborhoods.
Kindly mark my answer as helpful and accept solution if it helped you in anyway,

I created a new space that attends a specific neighborhood criteria and this space was NOT automatically associated with that Neighborhood. How can we automate this process? In the answer above was mentioned that it's an automated process, but when I tested it, the new space was not automatically associated.
FYI. I'm using my PDI.
