Not able to sync the location in Workplace Calendar Synchronization

Hi Everyone,

Currently I am having a problem with Calendar Synchronization. I configured the connection between SNOW and Microsoft Exchange. However, I am not able to sync the location, I always got this error message :com.glide.communications.ProcessingException: Problem retrieving authentication profile

I think I configured everything correctly because I am able to reserve a room on WSD portal and that reservation request also appears on outlook calendar. But the reservation on Portal stuck at awaiting confirmation state forever even when the room accepts the reservation request on Outlook.

Hi, I found out that there are multiple scheduled jobs not working.

Hi - I had this issue, below are some places you can check
1. Reservable Synch configuration has right email address and subscriptions are generated
2. Microsoft Exchange Online Credentials are setup correctly. Correct profile is selected.

1. Subscriptions were generated

2. Credentials and profiles were configured correctly I think, because I am able to reserve a room from SNOW portal and that request also reach Exchange Server and the reservation shows up on Outlook calendar.

During configuration in Azure, did you configure your instance for redirect URL?
Did you set up Discovery IP Affinity to 

MS Exchange Online Mailbox Cred?
