found a lot of posts on this topic but no robust solution so trying again
hi community
I am trying to setup workplace reservation approval and want to make "managed by" and "managed by group" on Room record to approve the room reservation.
I created a performer criteria for that but in the workplace approval definition -> workplace approval configuration --> this new performer criteria is not available to be selected.
In workplace approval configuration -> approvers -> performer criteria with "is dynamic" = true are not showing
what is missing ?
thank you!

Hi @marcn
Already The ServiceNow® Workplace Case Management application provides the following default Approval options:
- Manager
- Workplace location managed by
- Workplace location managed by group
refer:
Add a workplace approval configuration

Hi @marcn
Initially i have tried with performer criteria and it did not work for approval. What i did was creating a record in sn_wsd_core_approval_definition and then using user criteria.
Hope it helps.

thanks @_raj_esh
can you shed a bit more light on how you did it?
in my case, different rooms have different owners/ managed by groups
I find it hard to visualize this solution in the way you mentioned.
