Workplace Service Delivery 13 question quiz

I have gone throught the Workplace Services Delivery NOWlearning class multiple times;

Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) Essentials

But I cannot get over 54% correct on the 13 question quiz at the end.  And help/guidance would be appreciated?

Garpant....  No I have not been able to a) figure out which questions I am missing; I was reviewed the Training 3+ times.  and Ran the 13 questionSet many times.  If I know which questions; I was missing .... That would helpout alot.   Q4u; on your quiz how are you doing?

I did my the quiz last year and once you go through with the training material, you will be able to reach more than 80%. Most of the questions are little confusing, but go thought the training material more than 2 times. It should help.

I have discected the training many times;  But I only get 54 or 63%;  so i just need to get 2 more correct; to pass.....  I hope.
