Has anyone run into this behavior in Workplace Service Delivery regarding additional reservation services?
Issue
When users reserve via the portal search flow (reservation process with id=wsd_search), the record producer variables for additional flexible services do not appear. The same variables do appear when the service is requested as a standalone form.
Expected
All required variables for the flexible service should display during the reservation flow so we can capture details up front.
Actual
Variables are missing during the reservation flow and only visible on the standalone request.
Potential workaround
Trigger a flow after the reservation to collect the missing details from the requester via comments/email—but we’d prefer to capture this during the initial reservation.

Is this a known limitation or misconfiguration?
Any guidance on enabling record producer variables within the wsd_search reservation process?
Pointers to a configuration setting, UI policy, or portal widget tweak that exposes these variables would be greatly appreciated.
