Manage stakeholders

Manage stakeholders in the Enterprise Architecture Workspace to track who has an interest in your enterprise architecture and connect them to relevant drivers, goals, value streams, and business processes.

Stakeholders help you:

• Track who is interested in or affected by your enterprise architecture
• Rate each stakeholder's influence and interest so you can prioritize engagement
• Connect stakeholders to the drivers, goals, value streams, and business processes they care about

From the Portfolio List view, you can perform the following:

• View all stakeholders
• Add or edit a stakeholder
• Add a driver to a stakeholder, or create one directly from the stakeholder record
• Remove a driver from a stakeholder
• Add a goal to a stakeholder, or create one directly from the stakeholder record
• Remove a goal from a stakeholder
• Add a value stream to a stakeholder, or create one directly from the stakeholder record
• Remove a value stream from a stakeholder
• Add a business process to a stakeholder, or create one directly from the stakeholder record
• Remove a business process from a stakeholder

• View all stakeholders
  View a comprehensive list of stakeholders to understand their influence and interest levels across your business architecture. This view helps you identify key stakeholders and their organizational relationships.
• Add or edit a stakeholder
  Add or edit a stakeholder to track who has an interest in the outcome of your enterprise architecture.
• Add a value stream to a stakeholder
  Associate value streams with stakeholders to track their involvement in business processes. You can add existing value streams or create new ones directly from the stakeholder record.
• Remove a value stream from a stakeholder
  Remove value streams associated with a stakeholder in the Enterprise Architecture Workspace.
• Add a driver to a stakeholder
  Add existing drivers to stakeholders or create drivers directly from stakeholder records to identify influences.
• Remove a driver from a stakeholder
  Remove drivers associated with a stakeholder in the Enterprise Architecture Workspace.
• Add a goal to a stakeholder
  Add existing goals to a stakeholder or create a goal directly from the stakeholder record to identify the goals a stakeholder has.
