Apply pricing to a quote

Apply or refresh pricing on a quote to calculate line prices based on the configured pricing integration in CPQ.

Before you begin

Products must be added to the quote lines before pricing can be applied. For more information, see Add products to a 1quote.

A pricing integration must be configured by your administrator. For more information, see Configure a pricing integration for quotes.

Role required: sn_sales_crm.quote_creator or equivalent.

Procedure

1. In the quote interface, select the reprice event to apply or refresh pricing across all quote lines.
2. Optional: To adjust pricing on an individual line, edit the discount or markup field directly in the quote lines grid and select the line-level reprice action.

Result

Pricing is calculated for all lines based on the configured pricing integration. The updated prices are displayed in the quote lines grid.

What to do next

When the quote details are complete, submit the quote for approval. For more information, see Submit a quote for approval.
