View essential details for managing applications such as name, version, type, daily usage, and the last access date and time.

Table 1. Users — applications

Field	Description
Name	Name of the application.
Version	Application version for compatibility and updates.
Type	Type of the application such as installed or Web.
Today's usage	Duration of application usage on a specific device within a given day. Knowing the usage of an application according to day can be useful for several reasons. For example, the app usage enables your organization to track end-user productivity, assess application popularity, identify potential performance issues, and decide about software licensing and resource allocation.
Last access time	Date/time of the most recent access of the application. Knowing when an application was last accessed can help identify potential security risks or unauthorized access to an application. It can also provide insights into the performance of the application. If the user hasn’t accessed the app in a while, it might suggest that it's no longer needed, underused, or causing user difficulties.
