Landing page redirection in SOW for ITSM

    • Redirection enables you to automatically route users to the SOW landing page upon login.

    Landing page redirection can be configured in any of the following ways:

    • Conditional, based on user criteria, for example, Service Desk groups.
    • Blanket. All users are first redirected to the SOW home page and the audience configuration determines which landing page should be used.
    • Optional. In this case, users can opt out of the redirection.
