Provide confirmation of receipt of the items you ordered that are in pending receipt
state, from your mobile application, so that payment is processed to the supplier
accordingly. If you have not received the complete order, you can confirm receipt of a part
of your order as well with the date when you received them.

To provide confirmation of receipt of your orders, you
should have received a part of your order at least, if not the complete
order.

Log in to your instance in the Now Mobile application.

Select My Tasks.

Open the receipt to-do you want to work with.

On the To-do tab, select Pending
confirmation.

Do one of these actions.

Swipe left on the line item, and select
Received to confirm receipt of the selected
orders. On the Confirm receipt screen, fill in
the following fields:
- Quantity received: Number of items you
received from that order.
- Date received: Date when you received the
items.

Tap on the line item to view the Details screen with the list of all
the items pending deliveries. Select Received to
confirm receipt of all the orders. On the Confirm
receipt screen, fill in the following fields:
- Quantity received: Number of items you
received from that order.
- Date received: Date when you received the
items.

You can view your received deliveries in the To-do tab,
listed after your pending confirmation tasks. You can also view the details of
the purchase that led to the creation of this to-do in the
Purchase tab.
