Reviewing and approving repair claims

  • Agents portal or workspace enables you to review and approve the claims submitted by a dealer.

    1. Navigate to Workspaces > CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace > Lists > Repair.
      Note:
      To create and navigate to the Review & approve form, see Create a repair claim manually.
    2. From Activities, select Review & approve
    3. Select the required action from the following table.
    Table 1. Review and approve repair claims
    Action Description
    Approve all Select Approve all from the drop-down.

    All claims are approved. View the summary in Claim Summary.

    Reject all Select Reject all from the drop-down.

    All claims are rejected. View the summary in Claim Summary.

    Partially approve Select Partially approved. Approve, reject, or delete individual jobs, or enter a lesser Approved amount for any job. View the summary in Claim Summary.
    Send back Select Send back. The claim is returned to the dealer for additional information.
