Fanny Rancourt

I am a Visiting Researcher at ServiceNow Research and I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in AI at Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). My main research interests are explainability, transparency, evaluation, and NLP. Previously, I completed a master’s degree in statistics at Université de Sherbrooke, and then worked as a data analyst for a year at Centre de services scolaires de Montréal, a school board.
