Visiting Researcher Supervisor

AI Research Enablement

I work as a Visiting Researcher Supervisor at ServiceNow AI Research, where I support the development of the next generation of AI researchers. My work is grounded in a strong interest in explainability, transparency, and the operationalization of responsible AI.

I bring firsthand experience to this role, having worked as a research intern and data scientist within the same AI research group — a background that informs both my supervisory approach and my understanding of what researchers need to do rigorous work.

I hold a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence from Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) and a Master’s degree in Statistics from Université de Sherbrooke. Prior to moving into AI research, I worked as a data analyst at the Centre de services scolaires de Montréal, the largest school board in Quebec.
