Luke Kumar

Luke is an Applied Research Scientist in the Emerging Technologies Lab at ServiceNow Research, with a focus on Natural Language Processing. He holds a Master’s degree from the University of Alberta in Computing Science. At ServiceNow Research, he works on novel language technologies to build new and enhanced user experiences for the ServiceNow product. 

Prior to ServiceNow Research, He has experience working on end-to-end ML pipelines delivering predictions to customers. He also has led several applied research projects with various industry partners in the health, finance, and oil & gas industries.
