Sébastien Paquet

Sébastien Paquet received a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Université de Montréal. He is a research manager at ServiceNow Research, after holding positions as scientific affairs manager and applied research chapter lead. He has longstanding research interests in collaboration technology and culture, knowledge sharing, the evolution of scientific practice and scholarly publishing, and the use of AI and collaborative technology to augment human’s ability to think individually and collectively. Prior to joining ServiceNow, he worked in scientific research and teaching (research officer at National Research Council Canada, professor at Université du Québec à Montréal, Society for Arts and Technology) and was involved in several technology startups.
