Tom Marty is a Visiting Researcher at ServiceNow Research, Montréal Team. Tom’s background is in Operational Research and Computer Science. He holds a Master’s and an engineering degree from École Polytechnique (France) and an MSc. in Computer Science from Polytechnique Montreal where he was supervised by Quentin Cappart.    Tom is a key contributor to the open-source project SeaPearl, an intelligent constraint programming solver that utilizes Reinforcement Learning and Graph Learning to address Constraint Optimization Problems. He recently published his first paper titled “Learning a Generic Value-Selection Heuristic Inside a Constraint Programming Solver” as a first author at the CP2023 conference (Toronto).
