I'm new to the platform, but I've been working as a product specialist at the company for 4 months. I'd like to deepen my knowledge of the platform, and as a product specialist, what courses would you recommend? Do you have any certification recommendations as well?

Hi @victorayarz

Welcome here!

As you are having work exp of 4 years as Product specialists, I would like to know which product , you have worked with.

Did you use before ServiceNow as ticketing tool?

As you are new to this platform , I will suggest first go through-

Welcome to ServiceNow (Zurich)

ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals (Xanadu)

Then Go For CSA certification , as lots of project first look for it.
