I want to remove this "Replace printer toner" from the change SOW.

Hi @NeethuB ,

You need to navigate to the UI builder from application navigator and search for SOW. From there you need find out that specific component "Replace printer toner" to remove it.

The pre-approved change is a standard change template. Navigate to the std_change_record_producer table and mark it as inactive
