Want to add one more option in change request form in SOW

Hi team,

I want to add 2 more options in SOW form of Change Request , same like normal and emergency options. i am not getting from where those options are coming by default. Please help me on this

those are the templates configured for change requests.

you can add yours and it will start showing up in SOW

We can add this option by Service operation work space -> configuration -> change -> change model
