about CSDM

According to CSDM, Application Service seems to be related to Technical Service Offering and Business Service Offering, But I couldn't find any related settings when looking at the actual Offering record or Application Service record(cmdb_ci_service_discovered) .
(1) What is the logical meaning of this relationship?
(2) I would like to know how to set up ServiceNow to have a specific relationship with Offering record and Application Service.

I know Service Offering  and Technical Service or Business Service
