Hi @Neha Maurya

I see that you've asked the question for the third time without waiting for others to respond. Could you please provide a screenshot of the dashboard, the tabs, and the report you're referring to?

3.After selecting the Windows server class and opening the list of duplicate CI's it has calculated.

4. The highlighted record in the above screenshot, when searched in the server table. It is considering the retired records also while calculating duplicates as shown in the screenshot below.

Hope this information helps you to understand the situation.

Please help me , how we can manage this.

Hi @Neha Maurya

Thanks, @Neha Maurya, for sharing the details. Since you're on the legacy side of the dashboard, you’ll see three horizontal lines at the top right. These give you the flexibility to edit the dashboard and reports. Click on those lines, and you’ll see a pencil icon in your report widget. Click on that, and it will take you to the report settings, where you can view all the conditions for that report. Please check it out. Also, this follows the 3C rule, which is defined in every class and applies here as well. Try these steps and share your feedback.

Hi Atul.

I dont have enough rights to perform the activities like you mentioned above, since i cant see the three lines on the top right corner. What level of rights would I need on the dashboard to make such changes
?
