CMDB wrong health index percentage

CMDB Dashboard is calculating both false (Closed complete) and true task to show the heath index percentage. as per the correct behavior it should only calculate the active tasks to calculate the heath index percentage.

@ayush_g  The question is not very clear can you please explain more or attach a screen shot of what percentage you are talking about?
