Hi Community,
We are trying to Integrate SolarWinds with ServiceNow for alerts management. We are successfully getting all the alerts, but I want to get more information on those alerts from SolarWinds. How do I do that?
Here when you see in Additional information, I see few fields coming from SolarWinds automatically, but i want some custom fields that are on SolarWinds to show up in ServiceNow. How do i do that?

Hi @Drithika20 ,
You can add any custom data under Additional Information (JSON payload) and read that data within the Event Rule.
Thanks,

Hi,
How have you integrated with solarwinds? There are different connector options. If you can share which option you've chosen, we can offer you information on how to amend this and pass further details to SN
